You reach out. We listen.
We’ll talk through your goals, timeline, and any must-haves (or must-not-haves). If it’s a good fit, we move forward together.
2. On-Site Consultation
We meet you at your home to understand the space, take measurements, and start visualizing possibilities. We want to understand how you live—so we can build around that.
3. Transparent Proposal
You’ll receive a detailed, line-by-line proposal that outlines scope, timeline, and cost. No fluff. No fine print. Just a clear, honest plan.
4. Renovation Begins
Once we’re aligned, our crew gets to work—on time, every time. You’ll have regular check-ins, access to Lou (our founder), and updates as we progress.
5. Final Walkthrough
We walk the project with you, address final details, and make sure everything’s exactly how you envisioned. Only then do we consider the job done.
6. You Enjoy the Results
This isn’t just construction—it’s peace of mind. Your home is transformed, your stress is gone, and you’ve got the satisfaction of knowing it was done right.
And If We’re Late? We Pay You $10,000.
