For nearly 20 years, I led renovation and expansion projects on historic churches, synagogues, and schools in Washington, DC, as well as major additions to airports and highway systems in Dallas, TX.
When I moved to Idaho and bought a fixer-upper, I experienced firsthand the frustration of poor communication, endless delays, and subpar craftsmanship from contractors.
That’s when I committed to reimagining remodeling—creating a process centered on the client, where transparency, consistency, and quality come first.
